2. How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?

You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery.
For Standard Delivery in the UK, please allow 5-7 working days. For Express Delivery in the UK, please allow 1-2 working days. Delivery charges are stated next to the item you wish to purchase.

 

3. How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email, it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

 

4. Can orders be placed from abroad?

You can place orders from abroad, your account will be charged in sterling for the items purchased. Delivery charges will be stated at check out.

5. Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

No, we can only deliver orders to the cardholders address.

 

6. Is there VAT charged online?

The VAT is calculated based upon the final shipping destination

 

7. How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail or call Tel no: 0113 2583339/ 0113 2591744. The item must be returned to us within 7 days, unused and in a perfect, resalable condition, with the original packaging.  Exchange or refund will be at the manager’s discretion. This does not include bespoke orders as stated below. .  
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund pierced earrings.
