TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Ideas Unlimited. Prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email, which will be dispatched once the credit card payment has been authorised and stock availability has been confirmed.
By placing an order with Ideas Unlimited you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Ideas Unlimited may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If an order is accepted, Ideas Unlimited will send you a ‘confirmation of order’ email.
Ideas Unlimited reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for any reason.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail or call Tel no: 0113 2583339/ 0113 2591744. The item must be returned to us within 7 days, unused and in a perfect, resalable condition, with the original packaging. Exchange or refund will be at the manager’s discretion. This does not include bespoke orders as stated below.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund pierced earings.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
Bespoke Goods
Products which are made to order, must be paid for in advance. As the products are bespoke in nature, please note that they cannot be returned except in the event of a fault.
Damaged Goods
In the event your goods arrive defective or damaged you must notify us within 7 working days. We will offer a replacement or a refund on the return of the faulty goods.
LIABILITY
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, Ideas Unlimited cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.
Ideas Unlimited does not accept liability for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the website and reserves the right to change information, specifications, prices and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. Ideas Unlimited will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Ideas Unlimited does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by
viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
The liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the product colors and textures will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we try to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available.
The colors and dimensions of the products are merely there as a guide. We try to portray the products as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer. Some products incorporate natural materials (e.g. leather, wood etc.) which may also vary slightly. Therefore colours of products may vary slightly.
DELIVERY
Delivery charges are specified when your order is placed and will be included in your total when paying for items ordered. Usual delivery time is 3 to 4 working days; we can offer a next delivery service at an additional charge. Please contact us for more details.

GIFT VOUCHERS
We offer gift vouchers, which we can post to you or to a nominated party, or we can offer on-line vouchers. The voucher is valid for 6 months.
